VIP Purchase Award and update

I was happy to receive this VIP purchase award at the Toronto Artist Project last weekend (see below). In spite of the snow storm on Saturday it was a good show and it’s so nice to be able to exhibit close to home.

I’m off to my Texas shows in three weeks and just finishing up some new large etchings to take with me. I’ll post them when I get them done. The days are longer now and the bitter deep freeze here has eased somewhat.

Today the sun feels a bit warmer and it is a perfect day for a long dog walk with Leo, seen sitting patiently at the top of our driveway, ready to go.

About the Fair

“For the fifth year in a row we have sponsored The Artist Project – a contemporary art show held in February at Exhibition Place featuring over 250 artists. The sponsorship program plays an essential role in supporting independent artists and emerging talent. This year we chose George Raab an artist/printmaker from Millbrook Ont. as our award winner.”
