All framing is done using acid-free, archival materials.
I often paddle down small creeks encountering logs and deadfall in the way which I have to lift or drag the canoe over. This was one of those times.
An original etching, aquatint and watercolour.
All etchings displayed on this site are all created by me in my Millbrook, Ontario studio.
Each etching plate is hand inked, wiped, and printed on Arches Cover 270 gsm acid-free 100% rag etching paper using my manual Praga etching press.
The etching inks used are from Graphic Chemical & Ink Co. in Chicago and from Charbonnel Inks in France.
All of my prints are limited editions.
Unframed etchings can be sent flat (smaller images) or gently rolled in sturdy mailing tubes that ensure they arrive in good condition.
