Greetings from my Millbrook Studio! This is just a short note to let you know that I will be exhibiting later this month in Maryland at the Waterfowl Festival in Easton and at the Sugarloaf Craft Festival in Gaithersburg. I have had a busy and productive year exhibiting throughout the States and I was thrilled to win some awards at those shows. The last few months have been spent finishing up an exciting new body of etchings and I will be bringing them with me to exhibit. It’s always a treat for me to come down to the Eastern Shore and the Baltimore area because usually it’s warmer than home at this time of the year, but not this year. As I write this, outside my studio the skies are blue, there is a slight breeze and it’s 70 degrees! If I wasn’t so busy preparing for these shows, I would happily be out paddling my canoe. At the WATERFOWL FESTIVAL you can find me at the Armories. www.waterfowlfestival.org At the SUGARLOAF CRAFT FESTIVAL I will be back in space # 186 in building #2. www.sugarloafcrafts.com Pictured above is Rendezvous. It is 21″ x 36″ framed. Below are two more of my new etchings, one of which is from Talbot County. At the bottom is my studio as it looks now in the midst of my final preparations to hit the road. Leo in the upstairs studio picture is anxiously waiting for his walk in the woods. I hope to see you at a show soon and send you my best wishes.
